This is a list of dogs available for adoption at the CVHS as of September 25, 2001.
Please Note: This list is updated once every week in the summer and every other week in the winter. The CVHS
cannot guarantee that an animal on this list is still available
for adoption. Be sure to remember that animals come into the
shelter all the time. Because of this, there may be animals
available for adoption that are not on this list. Although this
list gives you a general idea of what is available, the best thing to do would be to visit the Shelter in person, or call the Shelter at 1-603-749-5322.
If you are considering adoption a dog from us, you may print out the adoption application,
complete it and bring it with you when you come in.
I was surrendered because my people didn't have enough time for me. I am sweet and very energetic. I do chase cats. I need some socialization and will need training too. A home with an experienced dog owner will be best for me.
I am a dominant boy who needs a firm owner. I will need obedience training, consistency and the chance to become a full member of a family to become a wonderful pet. I love to play, but am too energetic for small animals.
I was a stray. I have not been house trained yet. I will need to go to a home where the children are 12 years old or older. I am friendly and playful and will be a wonderful friend for someone who is willing to put in some time to train me.
I am shy around people, but I love other dogs. I really want a home in the country with a fenced in yard and other dogs to play with. A doggy door helps me stay house broken. I like to sing and have boundless energy.
I have not been house broken yet. I was surrendered because of this. I will be a wonderful friend to a person with the patience to give me a chance to learn the right way to act.
