Please note that the shelter will stop processing
paperwork 30 minutes
before closing.
Directions:
- Take Exit 9 off of Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16).
- Take a left at the traffic lights at the top of the exit ramp.
(this is High St.).
-Follow this road straight to the final set of traffic lights which is a
four way intersection, directly across from Liberty Mutual.
- Turn right here, this is Sixth Street.
- Follow Sixth Street approximately 7/10 of a mile, until you reach County
Farm Rd. on your left. It will be marked with a large green sign listing
many city businesses such as the Strafford County Courthouse, Riverside Rest
home, Children in Motion, House of Correction and the Humane Society.
- Follow County Farm Rd to the end and take a left..
- Just after the speed bump take a left and follow the service road around the Correctional Facility to the CVHS parking lot. Click here for a map.
