 Job Announcement: Volunteer/Outreach Coordinator
Posted Friday, February 6, 2004 by cvhsFT, salaried position. Recruits, trains, coordinates and schedules volunteers for shelter, special events and related needs. Is responsible for yearly recognition party. Large focus on recruiting and retaining volunteers, but position is also responsible for outreach to the community, small promotions involving volunteers, and related media. Must love animals and have great people and communication (verbal and writing) skills. We're looking for a person who loves to meet and work with people and who can help our volunteers be the best that they can be. Basic computer skills necessary. Some weekends and evenings required.
