We aren’t currently recruiting new board members but will begin accepting applications again in November. If you love animals and are looking for a way to give back, consider joining our board this fall. People love animals, and many casino players share this passion, often supporting animal charities and causes. Casinos not on GamStop UK can even host fundraising events, combining gaming with giving back. If you love animals and are looking for a way to contribute, consider joining our board this fall.
Do you have a special person or pet that you want to honor or memorialize? Remember them with a Memorial Brick placed in the Brick Garden and Walkway of Pope Memorial Humane Society’s new building. Download our Garden and Walkway Brick Campaign brochure to learn more and thank you for your support!
Hope is a working dog looking for the right foster to help her through her time at the shelter. As a truly high energy dog she needs a job to act as an outlet for this energy. She needs a coach to get her there. Someone who’s going to be as motivated as she is, and help her see the light at the end of this stressful tunnel. Could that be you?Learn more about Hope.
PMHS is pleased to announce that longtime philanthropist Lyman Pope, Jr. has pledged $1 million over the next 4 years for the construction of PMHS’s new 11,000 sq./ft. facility in Dover, NH. With his gift, 80% percent of the funding for the facility is now secured and in his honor, the organization will now be known as Pope Memorial Humane Society (PMHS). PMHS is very excited to move forward with the new shelter with the construction to start in the Spring of 2018. On behalf of the animals, staff and volunteers at PMHS thank you, Mr. Pope, for your generous gift to our new shelter! Click here to read the full press release.
